* We have the right to refuse service.

* 24 hours' notice for any cancellation. Less than a 24 hour notice will result in a fee of 50% of the service cost due prior to rebooking.

* Ensure a clean/ make up free face & lash.

* Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. It will allow us to talk about any changes you would like to make or concerns.

* 40% of the lashes must be remaining at the time of the fill to be considered a fill. If not, it will be a full set.

* Daily lash washing is a must. Use only approved LASH BATH.

* After your appointment, for 24 hours:

avoid direct heat, hot water, hot tubs, saunas and steam. Always avoid using oily products on and around your eyes.

* For any and all reactions and concerns please contact me immediately. A free removal will be given.

* All TRAINING DEPOSITS are Non- Refundable.

* Please contact me within 72 hours with any concerns. Touch- ups are free within 72 hours. After that a price is set after a consultation.

* NO TALKING while the lash glue is active. I invite you to bring headphones. You will be given the option to listen to music or a podcast.

* Cash or Card payment accepted. NO interact e-transfers. 

* If you're sick or symptomatic please reschedule.

* Late past 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.
